New Year, New Me

NEW YEAR, NEW ME

This is my first blog post of 2023, and I am starting it with a cliche! I thought that I had a breakthrough in this blog post instead, I only identified the problem. In 2022, it was not as simple as asking someone to pass the cream and sugar in the office while I make my coffee instead of waiting until they finished. It is more than asking questions; it is about communicating my needs, setting boundaries, and advocating for myself. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way.

If you are silent about your pain, they’ll kill you and say you enjoyed it.”
